📌 CLEAN SLATE SOLUTIONS — CREDIT REPAIR POLICIES

 

 

1️⃣ Refund Policy

    •    All services are non-refundable once work has begun.

    •    Refunds are only issued if no work has been performed within the first 7 days of enrollment.

    •    Because credit repair involves third-party bureaus, banks, and lenders, Clean Slate Solutions cannot guarantee deletions, results, or specific score increases.

    •    Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate termination of services and reporting to the appropriate bureaus.

 

 

2️⃣ Service Policy

    •    Clients must maintain active credit monitoring (Experian, IdentityIQ, SmartCredit, etc.) throughout services.

    •    Services require full access to credit reports each month.

    •    If a client cancels or does not renew their monitoring, services may be paused or terminated.

    •    Clients must respond to requests for documents within 7 days.

 

 

3️⃣ Client Responsibility Policy

    •    Clients agree to not apply for unnecessary credit, new loans, or high-risk credit cards during the process unless advised.

    •    Clients must not miss payments on current accounts.

    •    Clients are responsible for keeping all personal information up to date (address, name changes, etc.).

    •    Clients agree to upload or share all letters received from credit bureaus or creditors within 48 hours.

 

 

4️⃣ Unauthorized Activity Policy

    •    Clean Slate Solutions will not add illegal tradelines, synthetic identities, or falsify documents.

    •    We do not engage in credit sweeps or any activity that violates the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act).

    •    Any client requesting fraudulent activity will be terminated immediately with no refund.

 

 

5️⃣ Turnaround Time Policy

    •    Disputes are sent within 3–7 business days after client onboarding.

    •    Credit bureaus legally have 30–45 days to respond.

    •    Results vary depending on the client’s credit history, bureaus, and creditor timelines.

    •    Clean Slate Solutions does not guarantee deletions by a certain date.

 

 

6️⃣ Payment Policy

    •    Payments must be made on time.

    •    Late payments may result in a pause in services.

    •    All subscriptions or monthly fees will be auto-billed unless cancelled 3 days prior to the next bill date.

 

 

7️⃣ Cancellation Policy

    •    Clients may cancel at any time but must provide a 3-day written notice via email.

    •    If cancelled, Clean Slate Solutions will not continue disputes or follow-ups.

    •    No refunds for cancellations after work has been performed.

 

 

8️⃣ Privacy Policy

    •    All client information is confidential.

    •    We do not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties.

    •    Client data is protected and used solely for credit repair purposes.

 

 

9️⃣ Communication Policy

    •    Clients can expect updates every 30–45 days after bureaus respond.

    •    Email is the primary form of communication unless otherwise stated.

    •    Messages will be replied to within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).

Clean Slate Solutions operates under the FCRA, FDCPA, CROA, and state regulations.
